Paul, Kellan & Aria
I am a husband, father and co-founder with my wife Kellan of Radical Coaching, a dynamic training company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam that empowers individuals to discover their purpose and fulfill their destiny through life changing training and events.
This is my personal blog. It is focused on one idea – Radical. This philosophy developed in me gradually after I was kicked out of university at the age of 20. Having lived an aimless life for most of my youth, I am convinced the only way to change to be who we are meant to be is by making a radical decision to take responsibility of our lives and others.
I passionately enjoy taking this radical lens to view the world around me to find valuable life lessons. Currently, I organize my ideas into 3 main categories: leadership (leading self & others), family (love & relationships) and entrepreneurship (start ups, sales & marketing, service, productivity). My aim is to create inspiring and useful content that you can use personally & professionally. If you are passionate to build a successful life, family/relationships and business/career, this blog is for you.

My Biography
Paul is a husband, father, entrepreneur and educator with a passion to help people discover and fulfill their God-given purpose here on earth.
A Chinese Malaysian who was born in Singapore and educated in the US, he grew up without any sense of direction or purpose. At the age of 20, he was kicked out of his university in the US for failing too many semesters. Forced to return to Singapore, he lived aimlessly for many more months until his high school best friend invited him to a Christian event. It was there he had a spiritual encounter with God and made a decision to take responsibility for his life and to live in the service of others.
He returned to the US and graduated from Tri-State University, Indiana USA as a Mechanical Engineer. Because of his passion for developing people, he decided not to pursue an engineering career and returned to Singapore. He worked as sales team leader at a local investment software company and later a sales executive and manager at Citibank Malaysia. He was recently the Sales & Service Training Manager at HSBC Vietnam and is now building Radical Coaching with his wife Kellan.
Paul, Kellan & Aria live happily in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and believe they will be planted here for many years to come.
In Paul’s free time, he enjoys his family, friends, speaking, writing, reading, home improvement, playing the piano & guitar and occasionally dreaming about ideas that could change the world.
